Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for using the service provided by Pocke (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). Users must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between users and the Service regarding the use of the Service.
Article 2 (User Registration)
User registration shall be completed when a prospective user agrees to these Terms, applies for registration via the method specified by the Service, and the Service approves such application.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this Service.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activities
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of this Service’s servers or networks
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of this Service
- Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc., regarding other users
- Acts of impersonating other users
- Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with this Service
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by this Service
- Acts that encourage voting for specific candidates or political parties during an election period
- Acts that intentionally create or disseminate false political information
- Acts that post hate speech or discriminatory expressions containing political assertions
Article 4 (Use of APIs and OAuth)
Developer users shall comply with the separately established developer guidelines when using the APIs and OAuth functions provided by this Service. If unauthorized access or data misuse is discovered, developer privileges will be suspended immediately.
Article 5 (Usage Restrictions and Account Termination)
If a user violates any provision of these Terms of Service, the Service may, without prior notice, delete the user’s posted data, restrict the user’s access to all or part of the Service, or terminate the user’s registration.
